Mahmooda Daud joined Garden Court Chambers in June 2019 as part of the Revenue Control team. She previously dealt with billing and chasing family fees, and re-joined in September 2023.
Mahmooda was responsible for chasing civil legal aid cases until March 2024, and has now moved back to family billing and chasing.
Her aim is to establish a smooth and efficient billing/chasing processes in place and assist barristers and solicitors in family billing queries.
Background
Mahmooda has exceptional knowledge of FAS and HCCP billing in family matters, from previously working in other family sets for over five years.
In her spare time, Mahmooda enjoys cooking, reading, crossword puzzles, gym and travelling.
