Learn how to defend anti-social behaviour possession proceedings for vulnerable tenants
The speakers, who are both leading housing barristers, will cover:
- Anti-social behaviour possession
- Anti-social behaviour injunctions
- Closure orders for drugs and anti-social behaviour
This is your opportunity to learn about the strategies and tactics that work from barristers experienced at representing clients facing all of these proceedings. This seminar is a natural follow-on from the seminar Possession 9/10ths of the Law? Not for tenants held in July which covered possession more generally.
This seminar will provide essential training for solicitors, housing advisers, barristers, paralegals and anybody advising defendants in anti-social behaviour possession proceedings who have no security of tenure.
