Speakers will discuss when to appeal, how to assess whether a judgment is defective and how to avoid common procedural pitfalls. About the speakers
Sandra Fisher is a children’s law specialist with experience in care proceedings, private law disputes, adoption, child abduction, wardship and forced marriages.
Christopher McWatters specialises in public and private children’s law and also has experience of international child abduction and financial remedies.
William Tautz practises primarily in public and private children’s law, and also practises in mental health law.
Matthew Brooks practises in all areas of family law and specialises in children’s law and matrimonial finance.
