Garden Court Chambers presents the sixth historic Christmas reading of Charles Dickens' "The Chimes" by barristers David Watkinson and HHJ Owen Davies QC. The first reading was by Charles Dickens on 2nd December 1844 170 years ago. It took place at the same address, the historic Lindsey House, now the home of Garden Court Chambers.
The reading, which will be by candlelight, will be followed by refreshments.
This is a free event but a suggested donation of £10.00 to the charity Open House London can be made at the event. Entry is by ticket only and pre-booking is mandatory. You must bring a copy of your email confirmation with you or be able to show us the confirmation by other means.
