The recent Social Security cases from the High Court, Court of Appeal and the House of Lords are the subject of this seminar. Busy advisors, practitioners and lawyers will benefit from the analysis provided of these important cases. The seminar provides essential coverage of the development of social security law so that the knowledge gained can be applied immediately to new and on-going casework
On successful completion of the training, practitioners will be able to:
- Apply the knowledge and analysis gained in their casework
- Understand how difficult issues may be resolved in the light of recent Higher Court cases
- Update other Social Security practitioners on these issues
