A step by step introduction to proceedings under the Extradition Act 2003. Aimed at solicitors and junior barristers who represent clients whose extradition is requested under a European Arrest Warrant. This seminar will be a beginner's guide to how to tackle issues of bail, procedure and evidence and give practitioners a "tool kit" to represent their clients at the full hearing.
