- Taking stock of the common experiences of civil legal aid practitioners e.g. excessive delays, funding refusals post Samuels and Yildez
- What are the key considerations on challenging decisions?
- What is the way forward?
- Does the contract work? Is it really a “contract”? Is it fit for purpose? Why would anyone agree the terms?
- Should the Law Society step in?
- Litigation against the LAA – does it work?
