This seminar is designed to provide information on several key issues arising in LGBT families. Booking fees will be donated to Stonewall.
Speakers from Garden Court Chambers' Family Team will cover international and domestic surrogacy agreements, international adoption, donor conception, co-parenting and fertility treatment. There will also be a session on the arrangements for children at the end of a relationship and the rights of parents in respect of contact and residence.
