This seminar will deal with the immediate and wider implications of the decision in R(Ahsan) and others v SSHD [2017] EWCA Civ 2009, building on from the decision in Kiarie and Byndloss v SSHD [2017] 1 WLR 2380. Both cases involved an allegation of TOEIC (the Test of English for International Communication) fraud.
This seminar will cover:

- The future of ETS (Educational Testing Service)/TOEIC challenges
