Garden Court Chambers are pleased to announce that 18 Garden Court barristers have been instructed on the Hillsborough inquest.
Brenda Campbell, Emma Favata, Kirsten Heaven, Sean Horstead, Martin Huseyin, Judy Khan QC, James Mehigan, Rajiv Menon QC, Anna Morris, Allison Munroe, Jesse Nicholls, Patrick Roche, Stephen Simblet , Tom Stoate, Leslie Thomas, Peter Wilcock QC and Chris Williams have been instructed by Marcia Willis Stewart of Birnberg Peirce and Partners, who represents family members of 74 of the 96 victims.
Terry Munyard has been instructed by Ruth Bundy at Harrison Bundy.
Bijan Hoshi and Ifeanyi Odogwu are also instructed as researchers on the case.
All of those involved will be part of a team comprising both leading and junior counsel. The inquest is expected to last a minimum of six months, commencing on 31 March 2014 and will take place at a venue in the north west of England.
