Garden Court Chambers was pleased to host the official launch of Adrian Eissa's Confiscation Law Handbook last Friday.
Adrian wrote the book together with Ruth Barber of Frisbys Solicitors. Together they wanted to write a practical handbook for practitioners unfamiliar with the field who need to be able to give accurate advice to clients on the impact of confiscation proceedings.
The Confiscation Law Handbook, priced £75, is published by Bloomsbury Professional, and can be ordered online from their website.
Adrian Eissa is a member of the Garden Court Crime Team, and has extensive experience of cases involving confiscation and proceeds of crime issues.
