Garden Court Chambers is pleased to announce that Ali Naseem Bajwa, formerly of 25 Bedford Row, has joined the Crime Team. At the same time, he has also been appointed as Queen's Counsel by the Lord Chancellor.
Ali is a criminal defence specialist with a particular specialism in terrorism cases. In addition he has appeared in numerous fraud and proceeds of crime cases.
Queen's Counsel are appointed by the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice on the advice of an independent panel. The panel considers only advocates of the highest ability who have demonstrated excellence throughout their careers.
