Garden Court Chambers is pleased to advise customers of a change in our Barristers' Terms of Business.
From 1st February 2013, Chambers will be implementing the Bar Standards Board's new Standard Contractual Terms in respect of all briefs and instructions accepted by members of Chambers to which the new Contractual Terms apply.
Details of the new Terms of Business will be included in the acknowledgement letter on receipt of briefs and instructions.
