David Jones of the Garden Court Immigration Team is a guest speaker at The UK Chapter of the Friends of ERA Association's online panel debate.
The event, 'Reduction of Rights of UK Citizens After Brexit', will take place on 16 January 2024. It will explore how the reduction of rights of UK Citizens after Brexit creates challenges for people in the United Kingdom, including differences in Scotland and the Illegal Migration Act 2023. Other guest speakers include Michael Clancy OBE (Chairman of the International Bar Association Constitution & Governance Committee and and Director of Law Reform at the Law Society of Scotland) and Professor Elspeth Guild (Queen Mary University, Radboud University Nijmegen).
