Mr James Davis, who was accused of racially aggravated harassment, has been acquitted at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court.
Mr Davis was arrested in January after an incident outside a nightclub in which he called a police officer a “Taff”, following an incident in which he shouted and swore at door staff and police. Though he accepted his behaviour was unacceptable, he argued that he had not been racially hostile towards anyone.
