On 28 March 2023, Bethan Harris represented Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Cymru (CBFJ Cymru), providing the first submissions to the Covid-19 Public Inquiry to be made in both Welsh and English.
The hearing concerned Module 2B of the Inquiry, on core Welsh Government political and administrative decision-making.
The Welsh and English languages have equal legal status in Wales. The main hearing in Module 2B will start in February 2024.
