Richard Reynolds of Garden Court International continues to advise Legal Response Initiative (LRI) on public international law issues encompassing environmental law, treaty law and human rights law arising out of the UN climate change negotiations.
LRI provides legal support to poor and particularly climate-vulnerable developing countries as well as civil society observer organisations. From 31 August to 4 September in Bonn, Germany, Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change resumed their negotiations towards a new international agreement on climate change. Richard Reynolds is a member of LRI’s network of lawyers.
