We are delighted to welcome David Neale to our Immigration Team. David provides representation and advice in immigration appeals to the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, immigration bail hearings, and immigration judicial review proceedings.
As well as practising in all areas of immigration and asylum law, David has experience of human rights cases, deportation cases and EEA appeals. He regularly takes on pro bono work from the Bar Pro Bono Unit and from Bail for Immigration Detainees. After studying at Oxford University, David went on to do an LLM in International Human Rights at Harvard where he was involved in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic.
David completed pupillage here at Garden Court under the supervision of Sonali Naik and Peter Rowlands and, after a period as a third six pupil, joined the Immigration Team as a tenant. More information about David’s practice can be found on his profile.
