Gerwyn Wise led Tommy Seagull, both of the Garden Court Criminal Defence Team, instructed by Tosin Akinbobye of Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors.
Gerwyn Wise, leading Tommy Seagull, represented SG, one of three defendants charged with possessing firearms and being involved in a conspiracy to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
SG was accused of helping to run a large-scale ‘drugs factory’ in south London, supplying cocaine and cannabis from a property armed with semi-automatic guns and ammunition.
The defence case involved consideration of substantial served and unused material, including mobile telephone, fingerprint and financial evidence.
After a four-week trial, the jury at Inner London Crown Court returned a unanimous verdict of Not Guilty for SG on all ten counts.
