About the consultation
"This is a key consultation on the future of civil funding, proposing changes to the Funding Code, scope, financial eligibility and costs. The theme of the consultation is to prioritise funding towards early resolution of disputes and away from contested litigation where appropriate. A range of proposals is put forward in areas such as Family, Clinical Negligence and Actions Against the Police".
