Mark Robinson secures acquittal for his client in a 10-handed conspiracy to supply Class A, at Snaresbrook Crown Court after the prosecution offer no evidence.
Mark’s client was one of 10 defendants charged in connection with a large-scale drugs operation to supply Class A throughout Essex and East London, where 34,000 pages of evidence was served in advance of the Stage 1 initial disclosure by the prosecution.
Upon the service of the detailed defence case statement, the prosecution reviewed the case and decided that there was no realistic prospect of conviction against Mark’s client and offered no evidence. The proceedings continue against the other defendants later in the year.
