Naomi Wiseman of Garden Court has been accepted by the University of Cambridge Family Law Centre as a visiting research scholar

The Girls Not Brides Campaign has commissioned Naomi to produce a research paper to support the proposed legislative changes to prevent child marriage in England and Wales.

The Cambridge Family Law Centre is a centre of excellence for research and teaching in all aspects of family law and policy, domestic, comparative and international. They offer a unique combination of academic, policy and practice-oriented insight into family law issues around the globe.

Naomi is advising the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) in relation to their campaign (with other groups) to introduce legislation to end child marriage in England and Wales.
