On 14 November 2017 Nicola Braganza presented on the inclusion of intersectional discrimination in the draft Anti-Discrimination Directive to the Working Group on Social Questions of the Council of the EU in Brussels. She was invited to speak by the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU.
Nicola Braganza is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers. She is a member of the Employment Law, Discrimination and Professional Regulation Team and Public Law and Immigration teams. She is a regular speaker on EU Anti-Discrimination and Equality law at the European Academy of Law, Trier, Germany.
