Christopher Williams and Nicola Braganza spoke to journalist Adam Cantwell-Corn from the Bristol Cable.
They provided commentary on new Home Office data on 'intelligence-based' spot-checks where over 19,000 British citizens were stopped and questioned over the past five years:
"By reason of those individuals being British, by definition, any intelligence relied on to spot-check them must have been wholly flawed."
A variety of news outlets covered the story, including including the Guardian, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism and the Bristol Cable.
Christopher Williams is a member of the Immigration Team, and Nicola Braganza is a member of both the Immigration and Discrimination Team at Garden Court Chambers.
