In an article for the Solicitors Journal (14.01.05), David Watkinson from Two Garden Court Chambers, reports that issues around gypsies and the location of gypsy caravan sites show no sign of abating in the media or the courts and that gypsy caravan sites are still at the centre of many planning battles.
