Stephen Knafler QC returns from Nairobi, Kenya where he represented the International Senior Lawyer's Project at a seminar organised by the African Centre for International Legal and Policy Research ("CILPRA") and the International Association of Constitutional Law, on the Constitution of Kenya (2010). Stephen delivered the final keynote talk on Public Interest Litigation, together with Waikwa Wanyoike of the Katiba Institute. Other speakers included the distinguished South African professors of international and constitutional law, Pierre de Vos and David Bilchitz, and Dr Godfrey M Musila, director of CILPRA and a leading commentator on the Constitution.
