Lalith de Kauwe of Garden Court Chambers was instructed by Natasha Patel, Lloyds PR Solicitors.
He secured acquittals on Kidnapping and Blackmail at the first trial and on Robbery at the re-trial for a 23 year old Asian man at Harrow Crown Court.
The defence contended that the allegations brought by the complainant were totally fabricated.
The defendant was first on the indictment. Two co-defendants were also acquitted.
This young man of previous good character and the co-defendants who were also Asian had been remanded in custody at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for 10 months because of concocted allegations.
