Success for the Garden Court mental health team in the Upper Tribunal
The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 created a new jurisdiction to hear specialist appeals and judicial review applications in the Administrative Chamber of the Upper Tribunal from decisions in the first tier mental health tribunal.
